Retail build-out / Denver
Ink! Coffee and Lounge
A four-site, $1.5M phased renovation program converting Bank of America ATM Vestibules across metro Denver into next-generation Advance Centers — with ATMs live throughout.
Lars served as Lead Estimatro for i2 Construction on a ~650k, 5,000SF first-floor retail build-out inside a downtown Denver high-rise — combining a full-service Ink! Coffee shop with a building common-area lounge anchored by a new indoor fireplace. The project paired two distinct scopes into one coordinated build: a tenant coffee shop fit-out and a building-wide amenity space, both landing on the ground floor of an occupied high-rise.
