Lars served as Project Manager for Bank of America's $1.5M Advance Center program — converting four existing ATM Vestibules across metro Denver into next-generation Advance Centers, all running concurrently. The defining constraint was customer continuity: ATMs had to stay online throughout construction, which required precise phasing of demo and rebuild at every site.
