Lars Bildman
Lars Bildman is the Founder and Principal of Bildman Construction, a Denver-based general contractor focused on small to mid-size projects — historic infill, adaptive reuse, tenant build-outs, and boutique multifamily work across Denver and Boulder, including 2105 Glenarm Place, a 21-unit condo project on a historic Curtis Park site. He previously delivered a ground-up tandem house in the same neighborhood from permit to certificate of occupancy in seven months.
Before founding Bildman Construction, Lars spent nearly two decades as a Project Manager, Preconstruction Manager, and Estimator with firms including Mill Creek Residential, Southern Land Company, and Swinerton Builders. He serves as a Mayor's Appointee on Denver's Landmark Preservation Commission and previously sat on the Curtis Park Design Review Committee — experience he draws on directly when building in historic districts. Lars holds a Master of Construction Management from NYU and a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University, and is a licensed Class B general contractor, PMP certified, and LEED Green Associate.
Principal and Founder
Fischer Moore
Fischer Moore is a Project Manager at Bildman Construction, overseeing project management, estimating, subcontractor coordination, and on-site supervision for the firm's Denver-based work. Before joining Bildman, he spent over four years with Mill Creek Residential, including as Project Engineer on Modera University Park in Denver, where he supported the project from initial estimating through final Certificate of Occupancy — managing subcontractor scopes, submittals and RFIs, and permitting with the City of Denver.
Fischer holds a degree in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman, with a focus on Organizational Leadership — a background that gives him a strong foundation in lean construction principles, process efficiency, and schedule management, which he applies to keep projects moving and subcontractors aligned. He is OSHA 30 certified and brings a strong safety and process-driven approach to every jobsite.
Project Manager
Lalo Linares
Lalo Linares is the On-Site Superintendent for Bildman Construction, currently leading day-to-day execution on 2105 Glenarm Place in downtown Denver. With over 20 years in the construction industry, he oversees site operations, safety compliance, subcontractor coordination, and scheduling — keeping projects on pace and up to quality standards from first delivery to final walkthrough.
Lalo's day-to-day includes conducting regular quality control inspections, coordinating material deliveries and subcontractor timelines, and maintaining accurate daily site records. His hands-on approach and attention to detail help keep Bildman's projects running smoothly and safely from start to finish.
