Bildman Construction is a Denver-based general contractor built around small to mid-size projects — historic infill, adaptive reuse, tenant build-outs, and boutique multifamily work across Denver and the Front Range. We started the company to bring a large-firm level of process and craftsmanship to projects that deserve real attention, not just another line on a big developer's schedule.
Every project is led hands-on by our founder and a small, dedicated team — which means fewer handoffs, closer communication, and a builder who actually knows your site, your neighbors, and your neighborhood.
