Mixed-Use Multifamily / Denver1633 Pearl Street
A ten-story, 316-unit luxury apartment building in Denver's Uptown, completed after Lars led corrective work across nearly every trade following a mid-build concrete bankruptcy.
1633 Pearl Street is a ten-story, 316-unit luxury apartment building in Denver's Uptown neighborhood with subgrade parking, ground-floor retail, restaurants, a pool, and a gym. Lars served as Project Manager for Southern Land Company. Mid-build, the concrete subcontractor went bankrupt — Lars led the corrective work that touched virtually every trade from steel to finishes, keeping the project on track. The building was completed and sold in 2021; it now operates as AMLI at Uptown.
