NYC MASTER'S PROGRAM PROJECT / New York One World Trade Center (Freedom Tower)
A 104-story, 1,776-foot tower at the heart of the post-9/11 Lower Manhattan redevelopment, where Lars worked as a CM / Owner Rep during his NYU master's program.
Lars worked on the construction of One World Trade Center (Freedom Tower) during the summer and fall of 2010 as a CM / Owner Rep on Silverstein Properties' team while completing his Master of Construction Management at NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate. The 1,776-foot tower was the centerpiece of the post-9/11 redevelopment of Lower Manhattan and remains the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.
